Welcome to Mallory Creek Plantation!

Mallory Creek Plantation is along NC 133, just 3.8 miles south of Leland and 10 minutes from Downtown Wilmington. Two miles farther is Brunswick Nature Park where you can enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing and picnicking. Continue south for 20 more minutes and you'll find yourself in a quaint town called Southport. Enjoy sitting outside and eating lunch by the water or go antique shopping. If you go 2 miles north you'll come across the Brunswick Riverwalk Park which offers picnic shelters, 1/3 mile walking trail overlooking the Brunswick River, 2 playgrounds, fishing pier and boat ramp. And don't forget about all the shopping and restaurants offered just down the street in our neighboring town of Leland.

Residents of Malloy Creek Plantation enjoy a community competition size swimming pool, baby pool, furnished clubhouse, playground and walking paths. Coming soon is the Mallory Creek Dr-Brunswick Forest connector. This will give residents the ability to get to shopping, restaurants and parks with ease.
