Waterford of the Carolinas is located in Leland, NC, on the north end of Brunswick County.  It’s about 10 minutes to Downtown Wilmington.  This community was developed in 2003 and offers 19 smaller subdivisions, each protected by a privacy gate.  If you’re looking to build a house from the ground up, this is a great place.  There are still homesites available to purchase.  You can choose to build now or later.  The choice is yours.  Homes prices range from $180,000 to $600,000.
