Hi! I’m Debbie Williams. I relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina from New York in 2004. I quickly fell in love with Wilmington, the surrounding areas, and everything it had to offer. I discovered my interest for real estate after buying my first home in 2007. I earned my Broker's License in 2010 and turned my passion into a career. Having bought, sold and rented my own properties, I know how it feels to be a buyer negotiating a sale as well as being a seller and putting a home on the market. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 kids, and close friends. Some of my favorite activities include relaxing at the beach, creating new and fun crafts, as well as taking my 2 amazing dogs on walks.
